What QLink-Pay Does

QLink-Pay automates your accounts receivable process by integrating directly with QuickBooks Online. We generate professional statements, send payment links to your customers, and automatically record payments back to QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Integration

QLink-Pay connects securely to QuickBooks Online using OAuth 2.0 authentication. Your QuickBooks credentials are never stored by QLink-Pay.

We access only the data needed to generate statements and record payments:

  • Customer names and contact information
  • Invoice details and balances
  • Payment recording capabilities

Getting Started

  1. Connect QuickBooks - Click "Connect to QuickBooks" and authorize access
  2. Sync Customers - Your customers and invoices sync automatically
  3. Set Up Payments - Connect your Stripe account to accept payments
  4. Send Statements - Select customers and send professional statements
  5. Get Paid - Customers pay online, payments sync to QuickBooks
